I made the post about my boss scheduling a 3 hour meeting with our trainer to watch me work and see what mistakes I’m making.

She has since scheduled a meeting for today with my supervisor and her titled “order errors” I immediately thought the worst but realized if I was being let go they wouldn’t be addressing errors.

I do love this job and with my lifestyle I can’t go back to in person.

I’ve been toying with looking for another job because of all this and the pay is not great. I posted in a remote job forum asking if I’d be able to find another job like my current one(not a call center, heavy email, limited phones) and everyone basically said it’s tough out there then ask where I work so they can apply lol. I did have one person message me and say their company is hiring and I might be a fit because it’s heavy in email. Job says they give precedence to people who know SEO(basically key words that get your website found on Google, Etsy, Yahoo ect.) which I know basically nothing about. But it also says they’ll train the right person in SEO.

I feel like I could do it and it’s higher pay($4 more per hour) but if by the off chance I apply and get the job, what if I’m over my head and can’t do it? Then I’d have left a job where I made mistakes but I can do it, to working at one where I’m over my head.

What would you do?
