Maybe i can get advice from you ladies
I’m five weeks and I literally just lost all my baby weight from my son I’m 158-163 this week. I ended both pregnancy at 220. I had gestational diabetes with both. Please how can I avoid unnecessary weight gain. Already battling extreme hungrier and I’m eating three meal and one to two snacks a day. I have horrible cravings already. I have this such a fear of getting big again like I did it was 85lbs I gained with my daughter and 55lbs with my son. I know weight gain is normal I just want to avoid the excess. I am working out this time I’ve been workout for three months prior 2/4 times a week about 20mins each time I do growwithjo or lifting weights.
Two weeks ago I was 158 exact and my weight I went back and forth already 160-163 I know it’s not a lot but I do know most women don’t even gain weight the first trimester. I feel like I’m already failing myself. I just want advice to stay healthy. I have in the past struggle with eating disorders between binging and starving myself.
