I farted loudly

Basically I’m afraid of public restrooms, I NEVER in my 27 years pooped in public but today at work I literally had no choice. I work 12 hour shifts I literally couldn’t even stand. I had beans from a chilli three days in a row so I literally could not hold it. I went in the bathroom, instead of poop, it was two HUUUUGEEEEE farts. The bathroom is right next door to one of the work rooms and there’s thin walls. I’m on the lunch now but I’m too scared to go back in there cuz I’m scared if they heard or not I’m terrified. Idk what to do. I’m still uncomfortable btw. So take my advice and just go easy on the beans. I’m so scared someone heard what do I do??? I’m never shitting in public again
