Is this implantation bleeding? I had my period on the 1st and I think I ovulated on the 15th

I am about a week out from my period rarely ever have spotting unless it is right before my period (maybe a day before) The underwear is from last night I have no spotting today very very slight cramps and my breasts are hurting but with PMS that is normal for me
