Backstory, we didn’t get our wedding gallery sent to us until 4.5 months after our wedding, other weddings that took place after ours were delivered weeks before ours. I reached out to the photographer asking for a crotch shot she took that I did not ask for nor consent to was available to the public to be removed, she removed the entire album and took another week to get it to us. When I got it I saw that almost ALL the major shots we discussed were missed. When I tried to discuss this with her she said “I can’t control peoples faces” I wasn’t asking about anyone looking any type of way, JUST the moment captured, whatever that looked like. And we got nothing except this “I can’t control the faces”. She also had made excuses of being busy and a mom for the slow turnaround, and that our wedding was in the harsh sunlight when it was approaching sunset and the standard time for a ceremony. She was ridiculously far off didn’t capture nearly anything we asked for I’m just increasingly frustrated. And we have yet to know when our video will be done or if it will be. Nearly 5 months now. Is this a common experience? And what would you do?
