Chemical?? Or something else?

I plan to call my OB tomorrow & go to outpatient for bloodwork & possibly an early ultrasound. 1/22/24 I had some serious mood swings & was very hungry. I thought I might be pregnant, but I’m on the pill so I assumed I was being paranoid (only 3 months pp). 1/23/24 I asked my Husband to grab a cheap pregnancy test because I couldn’t shake the feeling I was pregnant. I saw the line maybe 30 seconds into the test processing. Later that night, I began to bleed (pictured), so I thought maybe the test was somehow wrong. I took a frer in the morning (1/24/24) & it was very positive (pictured). I stopped bleeding maybe 10am that day & thought it might’ve just been something random, nothing to worry about. I went to the bathroom about 2 hours later & there was more blood. I continued to bleed throughout the day. I took another test that afternoon that was VERY slightly darker. 1/25/24 I took another frer & it was noticeably lighter. I took another that afternoon (because I have no self control) & it was the same. I just took a digital because that’s all I have left and it showed positive. I’m still bleeding fairly heavy. Not as heavy as a period. It will pretty much cover toilet paper when I go to the bathroom but it isn’t getting on a pad & if there are any clots at all (I’ve only noticed 3), they are tiny like the one pictured. I also had some light cramps on 1/24 & some period like cramps 1/25 that lasted an hour. That was around 2pm. Since then, I have had no cramping. My boobs are still sore & I have still had nausea throughout the day today. Does this sound like a chemical or something else? I should’ve called the doctor today, but I know there’s nothing they can do if it is a chemical so I decided to wait & see what happens, but I really don’t want to keep guessing based off of bleeding & HPT lines.

Edit to add: I was 10dpo (confirmed with OPKs) on 1/23/24 (cheap test), 11dpo on 1/24/24 (FRER), & 12dpo on 1/25/24 (digital)
