Twin’s different measurements.

Hi ladies ,

We had an early scan at what I thought was 6 ish weeks to make sure the pregnancy was in the uterus (we saw a fertility doctor to conceive using IUI) we were shocked to see two babies at that time.

Today I’m 7 weeks and we went in for another scan before they discharged us to our regular OB. Baby A was measuring 6w3Days and heart beat of 132, baby B was measuring 7w2days with a heart beat of 150. The ultrasound tech didn’t seem worried but the nurse made us very worried for baby A. Have any of you ladies during you twin pregnancy had babies measuring different weeks and still had a positive outcome ?
