I’ve been trying to conceive for a long time. I didn’t have insurance for a fertility clinic so I’ve just tried different vitamins and ovulation strips! Now I’m wondering if my bf is having a problem with his sperm because he’s a diabetic! My cycles come every month like clockwork….idk what’s wrong🥺
