does anyone have any natural remedies for a fever? my toddler (23m) just got diagnosed with a viral respiratory infection and I cannot keep his fever down! we were in the ER last night until 2am and they sent us home and told us to rotate motrin and tylenol every 2.5 hours at 6.5mls each time. which seems like a lot to me but they based it off his weight.

we’ve tried

-luke warm baths

-cool rags under arms and forehead

-medicine obviously lol

-cool clothes

he’s drinking just fine! his fever was 104.9 when we got to the ER last night and goes between 101.5-104s everyday. this has lasted since yesterday so far!
