Throbbing pain in ovaries 3 months after cyst rupture

About 3 months ago, I had a throbbing pain in my lower right abdomen that lasted about 4 days and on day 4 I got a low fever, chills, nausea, so I went to the ER, turns out I had an ovarian cyst ruptured. NOTE: the pain has never been excruciating.

I was still uncomfortable a few weeks later and was told my by OB and my GP that the blood sitting on my abdomen from the ruptured was just irritating and that it would resolve itself in a few weeks.

It has now been 3 months since the cyst ruptured and I have consistently had a throbbing pain in my lower right abdomen. It happens very frequently, especially during ovulation and right before my period. the pain is like a 3/10 most of the time but it is there none the less. More of a discomfort really. It is a pulsating/throbbing sensation. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m so worried that it may be something else.
