So sorry for the tmi picture. I don’t know what this is and it is extremely itchy and hurts when I scratch it which I’m sure I shouldn’t but I can't help it 😣 is there any cream that I can put on it ?

Looks like athletes foot definitely go get some anti fungal cream or call your doctor and have them prescribe you something

yes it is. Treat before it gets worse. Ive seen people who cant walk due to the skin peeling. You could probably start with Lotrim thats over the counter at any store really. Also have your doctor check u out in case something else is also up :) good luck
