I use this ovulationstrip to test for pregnancy can someonehelp me out here

So for the past 2 weeks now i have been going through some crazy feelings. I was nauseous tired and just need to sleep.. my period wasnt suppose to come early but i started spotting 3 days before my due date and yes i had a flow and it was so different but dureing that flow i came home friday and took a text and it showed up positiveand now the bleeding stopped and yesterday was to be the starting of my period and i tested this more not with first urine and this is still what im seeing. Can someone help me here. Om still feeling twingeson my left side and im am a big girl with a tummy and i do feel it does feel funny down there.
