Hi there ! Wondering if someone can help me figure out what the heck is happening lol. So the past few weeks I’ve been dealing with moderate acid reflux.. I’ve Been managing it so it comes and goes. Lately I’ve been having these coughing spells that wake me up in the middle of the night — it sometimes feels like something is going to come up 😷 but I’ll usually take some deep breaths and eventually settle down and try to get back to sleep. Tonight the coughing spell was intense enough to trigger something to come up! 😩 🤮 I feel much better after but it’s super annoying. Also I ate right before bed and I know at this stage in game that’s probably a big no no— def won’t be doing that anymore. Has anyone had a similar experience.
