Pressure in vagina!! 😭😭
I am 22 weeks and work a very busy but sedentary job. I work with companies and IRS regulatory stuff so right now is my super busy season. I try to get up away from my desk a few times a day but find myself sitting hours at a time on back to back calls or meetings. When I sit for too long and get up, the pressure inside my vagina causes me to waddle and feels like a bowling ball is going to fall out!! I’ve been feeling this for a couple weeks now. Is this normal this early on? Is there anyway to relieve that pressure besides laying flat in the bed, since that is the only way I have found so far. I get off work everyday and lay flat in the bed for about 30 mins to “relax” my vagina and relieve that pressure. Any tips would be appreciated!
