I’m 37 and 4 and I was send home yesterday at 3.5cm and 50% effaced. I went in the hospital contracting every 2-3 minutes and stopped progressing after 4 hours. I was a little emotional when I was sent home. I started contracting again in the early morning hours. They are more intense but not as consistent. Has anyone else been sent home while in early labor? I was induced with my other babies, this pregnancy was a surprise and has been fairly uncomplicated thus far. Should I have asked my midwife about admission given I was 3.5cm dilated?
