IUD and smoking =Very bad combination

That is why I’m reducing slowly but surely my cigarettes intake.Exemple: I used to smoke 1 pack/day.But for February,I’ll authorize myself to less than 15 cigarettes per day.

In March ,it will be less than 10/day .etc

Anyway here in Canada,a pack of regular cigarettes at the grocery cost 20$ .Yes 20$ for only 1 pack.

I’ve read the monography about my IUD Mirena and it’s clearly written that smoking while using it rises a lot risks of vascular accidents,blood clots,aneurism etc,.

Actually that is my main motivation

1-My health cause I really want to continue to use Mirena

2-The cost is outrageous out there
