Restarting eating vegetarian
Hey!As a kid,I was raised with vegetarian (not vegan)food.My mom had done everything for me and I never had carences nor anemia.I grew up full healthy.
I’ve already,since about 9 years,worked in a milk farm and in a pig maternity farm.I promise you,the things you see there makes you stop eating these meats.Anyway,I’m not a meat eater person .That is why I wanna come back to my childhood alimentary base.Its more healthy,less fatty and more nutritious,more filling.What is your type of nutrition?Vegan,vegetarian,meat eater or other?Share your thoughts here.
