missed pills for 3 weeks

So I bleed Dec 29th - Jan 3, in the middle of a pill pack. Dr said to go off pills for 5days. Then got a uti the Jan 3rd - 9th and was on antibiotics. I then missed a couple pills and had some bleeding Jan 11-15. I’ve been off my pills since the 12th of Jan. I thought I might be pregnant so I didn’t get back on my pills. I got blood work done on the 29th of Jan and was NOT pregnant. I haven’t bleed yet… and if we call the bleeding in Jan 11-15 a period then I would have ovulated Jan 26th and I had unprotected sex that day and a couple days before as well. In the last day i’ve had some light cramping and twinges with slight stabbing pain. Also some weird discharge, but nothing like i’ve ever felt before a period. Dr said to wait till I get a full period to take my pills again. But I’ve got this feeling I could now be pregnant?! Could I be? I would be happy!! I know people say that missing pills can cause pregnancy. But then they also say it takes like 12 months to get pregnant after going off birth control. So i’m confused in that way. Dr said it’s very likely I could be pregnant because I have been off my pills for 3 weeks and that’s the way people get pregnant when they misuse birth control. Just curious if anyone had any insight or am I overthinking it??
