Spotting for 2 weeks?

I’ve been taking my birth control with no placebos skipping to the next pack as directed, but now I’ve been bleeding for 2 weeks and cramping heavily nonstop. I’m not sure if this is something normal or if I should call my doctor, if it is normal when should I call my doctor? It’s really kinda annoying, I’m all over the place emotionally and I just want to get this over with. I haven’t called my doctor yet because I’m not sure if it’s worth it and they are always a hassle to get ahold of.
