I might just be crazy

I was seeing this man for a couple months and we had sex for the first time on 2/19. He finished in me. He said “don’t worry I’m fixed” but then blocked me after. Now I’m doubting he’s “fixed” and just wanted to finish in me. Maybe he is but I just don’t believe anything he has to say now. Anyways, yesterday I’ve started feeling super off. I’ve been getting a lot of weird cramping and constantly having to pee and having headaches. I have PCOS so i have no idea if it’s my period or maybe I could be pregnant. It’s probably to soon to take a test but would it also be to soon for symptoms? I’m 28 and never been pregnant before but I just feel so weird I can’t explain it

Also, I haven’t dated anyone in 3 years, I liked him a lot and we know a lot of the same friends so I thought I could trust him. Don’t come for me
