Can I take apple cider vinegar pills while taking other medication ?

Question

I’m anemic and am currently taking iron pills (folic acid) and prenatals…I’m wondering if I could add apple cider vinegar pills to my diet as I’m also currently on a weightloss gym journey. 
I’m also currently taking it slow because I’ve had low blood pressure because of my condition with anemia. 
For reference these are the pills that I’m wishing to add.
