I’m quite confused trying to figure out when/if I may be ovulating following the miscarriage i had 5 weeks ago (it was a missed miscarriage, found out my pregnancy stopped at 7.5 weeks and had misoprostol to pass the pregnancy).

3 weeks after the miscarriage when my hcg was 21, I had 3 days of egg white cm and what looked like a peak on an opk. The first pic is of a pregnancy test (testing my hcg was dropping) at 2 weeks after miscarriage, then second test is at 3 weeks after when my hcg had dropped to 21 and a peak Opk I got the same day, when I was getting egg white cm like when I normally ovulate. I was confused though as thought I shouldn’t be able to ovulate with hcg still raised and still had brown spotting. Been tracking opks since and they have been low except now today (second picture) I took one slightly darker and a clear blue digital which came back as the flashing smiley High fertility, I have no egg white cm though. As of yesterday I still see a Vvfl on pregnancy test so my hcg must still not be completely gone.

So I’m very confused on whether I ovulated at the initial peak opk or I’m about to ovulate again now, or when to expect my period to come.

Any thoughts or what was your experience with ovulation or period returning post miscarriage?
