Lightning sharp pain/ovulation?

The last day of my period was 4 days ago and I’ve been fine but today I noticed I started getting sharp almost like lightning pains around cervix or in vagina at random times that are quick but it happens randomly and a lot today. I did notice there’s some spotting in my discharge but not a lot. I did notice these pains after I had a bowel movement and was straining so not sure if it’s caused by the pelvis muscles or what. I don’t think I’m ovulating yet but not sure what would be causing the sharp pain randomly. Anyone else get anything like this? It almost feels when I flex the pelvis muscles that it hurts sometimes
