Hcg ( need help with reading my level)

I’m 5 weeks now . I have a question my hcg level is 7,557 I got to get it checked because I started spotting Monday morning it’s only lasted that day I was 4 weeks and I forgot how many days lol .And I have to get my hcg level rechecked today cause my doctor was concerned about me bleeding early in my pregnancy could be a sign of a miscarriage… I was wondering is my hcg level normal or not?? Normally my doctor would leave a note in my chart explaining to me what’s going on.
