Did you guys get the Tdap? And if you didn’t in your past pregnancy’s did you have any complications bc you didn’t get it?

I haven't gotten it during any of my 4 pregnancies.

I would get it! I just watched a fb reel about a lady stressing the importance of it. She lost her newborn at like 9 days old for refusing during pregnancy & he passed from whooping cough!

If you look at the vaccine inserts it tells you what percentage of women at what gestation ended up having a miscarriage or they call it “spontaneous abortion” after getting the vaccine. As well as congenital abnormalities in the fetus. 225 women tested and 21 of them in the third trimester miscarried and 15 of them reporting congenital abnormalities. Not worth the risk

I got it recently (31 wks). my arm was a little sore but I felt like I had been hit by a truck the next day - body aches and severe exhaustion. That being said, I’d take that over having whooping cough/pertussis and potentially passing that on to my baby ANY day! It was worth it but I did have a slight reaction.

I got it. Didn't even have a sore arm afterwards. My two sisters got it on their pregnancies too with no complaints.

I’ve gotten it multiple times and havent had any issues.

I got it with this pregnancy and so far all I got was a sore arm for three days!
