Bleeding…miscarriage?

I started spotting yesterday after a pretty easy hike. I did carry my toddler for a portion of it, but felt fine. Then a couple hours later came brownish, red spotting. A few very tiny clots. I wore a pad going to bed, and this morning it’s definitely more red and bloody. Going through a pad every 3 hours so far (not completely soaked when I change it). No pain or cramping. Is this a miscarriage? Thanks in advance for sharing insight and experiences ❤️❤️ (also, I’m 5 weeks 2days)
