Breastfeeding Mama- Second Pregnancy

Hi! After about 37 tests, I am finally coming to terms that I am pregnant with my second baby! I’m assuming my due date is in October but it’s hard to know because I never had my period back after having my first, I’m just going off of when I had a positive ovulation test and had sex. My son is 18 months and still breastfed. I’ve noticed that my boobs are tingly and sore and full as if I was still early postpartum and this happened out of nowhere in the last two days. I even am leaking again from one side. Is this a normal early pregnancy symptom for breastfeeding moms?
