Help and support during postpartum

I will be a first time mom next week. Both my husband and I have no support from family and will get no help when baby arrives. Hubby is taking some time off to help me and baby but we dont have extra hands. Im worried if i will need a c-section its gonna be extra hard for me to get up and take care of my baby and hubby will be overwhelmed.
