Constipated toddler

What are remedies for constipation relief? This is day 4 for my toddler and I hate seeing her uncomfortable 😭 
I messaged her doctor and she recommended Apple juice and pear juice.

Apple juice and prune juice worked for my lo when she was constipated i gave her both in the same day that evening she went to the bathroom

What is she eating? Feed only fruit, veg, water for 2 days (skip fats, proteins, starches) and it should resolve without interventions unless there’s something serious like a bowel blockage. If you blend up a smoothie for example with fresh blueberries, applesauce, prunes, banana, apple juice and have her drink all that for a meal, that would be helpful.

My boy was always constipated since 18 months. We started giving him half a packet of this every day mixed in his water and he has been regular since.

We are very familiar with this issue with my 3 year old.
If she will drink it, prune juice mixed with water is helpful. You can also get baby food prunes, we used to do that even when she was a toddler. 
Pear juice is better than apple btw
Whole wheat, lots of fiber. Try and cut back on dairy besides yogurt. Raisins are great. More fluid the better right now. Bananas and apple sauce can be constipating unless the banana is a more brown banana, then it can help ease constipation. All other fruit and veggies are great 
You’ll have to look dosage up for her age/weight but Mirilax is totally safe for her to take. It’s tasteless too. Mix Mirilax in her drinks once or twice a day til she goes. 
Warm baths should help. Being active helps. 
Sounds weird but you can put a little petroleum jelly on her bottom too to help it come out to ease discomfort when she goes 
If all else fails and nothing works, you can get a Pedia lax liquid glyceron suppository from the store. I wouldn’t think she needs it at point if you haven’t tried everything else but I would use one within next couple days if she doesn’t go. This will definitely do the trick 
I know how stressful it is in this situation! These are all recommended things by my daughters dr btw. You’ll all be so relieved when she finally goes!
