nexplanon making me gain weihht?

i had it since 2022 in july. i'll be taking it off in 2025 i think.. but i been gaining unessessary weight .. im not even eating a lot and i been getting fatter. should i take it off? and i been very depressed lately and feel like im getting worse .. idk if it has to do with this birth control or not.. i have 2 babies.. 3 year old and a 1 year old... my baby daddy left us .. :/ and i been extremely depressed .. feel like ending my life with medication and etc.. i need help
