Been taking my blood pressure at home as I had to monitor it for a couple weeks, is this normal? Bottom number seems abit low to me?

If this is low to you then eat something salty. It will help bring it up. If mine would get low I would smoke a cigarette. I don't smoke. I quit so I will eat salty chips. Going for a walk can bring it up. Drink water.

120/80 is normal
So you bottom number is reaching that low blood pressure threshold
