Anyone tried maca root?

I was at the dr this morning getting progesterone level checked following letrozole , which was .5 so clearly I did not ovulate . Anyways I met a mom in the lobby and she said it took her a long time to get pregnant with her 2nd baby, but that she took maca root and she believes it helped her restore ovulation. Has anyone else had success with this? She also said lots of prayers and faith in God she believes helped her finally get pregnant as well. Just trying not to give up on myself here, and wondering if I should still give letrozole another go next month?
