I’ve been SA’d before but it was a really severe situation so sometimes I have trouble deciphering more “minor” situations.

My comanager came into work drunk. He’s openly gay in an open relationship (none of my business but he talks about it) but does hit on and play around with women. I was asking him how drunk he was and he said he didn’t feel like he was. But all of a sudden he randomly grabbed and squeezed my ass. I instantly froze and didn’t know what to say. He also knows that I’ve been assaulted that involved having my ass grabbed twice before so I feel like he should have known. But I feel like him being drunk and gay could also mean it’s not that serious? Idk.
