Has anyone’s implantation bleeding lasted more than 3 days?

Answer

No. I had few spots with pregnancy number 1 10 dpo. Pregnancy number 4 had spotting then pink bleeding for 6 hours on 13 dpo. First ended as early miscarriage. Second was blighted ovum. Having said that my mother had flow for three days every month. Then she kept vomiting and thought she had the flue. Turned out the flue was my sister and she had heartbeat at 3 months of pregnancy. So my mother thought she had her period but it was some pregnancy bleeding.
