What are these on my leg!!!!

Weird angle of my leg but there's something on them, it looks like the a stretch mark type thing but there like spots??? What the heck are these and how do I get rid of them. I'm only 15?!

Have you shaved them resently? I get shaving rash sort of like that sometimes, could be that x

A rash? Do you find yourself scratching in that area? Sometimes without noticing "since I'm pregnant my skin is a bit more stretched and sensitive" I scatrch too hard and it becomes blood vessel markings, kind of looks like what you have here on your photo. But if in fact you do scatrch it's probably because of that. If not it might be a rash. Ask your doctor to be safe.
