I have endo and got excision surgery two years ago. This morning I took a pregnancy test (ClearBlue 10MIU) and it was positive but three others (less sensitive - 25MIU) I took in the afternoon and evening were BFNs. My period is due tomorrow. I've been feeling what I can only describe as intermittent v mild cramps over the past few days and a tugging or pulling sensation. Usually when my period starts I get that first pang of pain and then it rapidly gets worse and worse until I'm downing painkillers to deal with it, so if this is AF it's presenting differently. I'm going to take another sensitive test tomorrow morning, but I'm just curious if endo can affect symptoms in the very early days? Currently 12dpo
