Rough pregnancy, Prayers please

This twin pregnancy has been so hard. First twin B was diagnosed with gastroschisis then I start having panic attacks and get put on an anxiety medication, I failed my glucose test have gestational diabetes at first it was just monitoring my numbers but now I’m taking insulin and I’m about to start migraine medication because I have constant headaches but blood pressure has been fine. Also have to get iron infusions just did my first round. But I’m 27 weeks and we finally announced around 23 weeks.
