Confused on if I had a early miscarriage

I was 7 days late on my period I have a very regular cycle and my period was crazy intense my bleeding was also different was heavier and had some super tiny clots/texture I had super intense cramps in my pelvic area and back and felt sick for two days and then it died down and I have been bleeding for 6 days my hormones were insane way worse then normal and acted like when I was pregnant and on my period combined

I had two negative pregnancy tests at day 3 and 5 of missing the period

Also started having light pink bleeding with small tiny

stringy pieces

What do you guys think ?
