Weight gain from depo

So I stopped the depo shot back in September. No one told me about the weight gain side effect when I started I was 105lbs and now Im 139.7lbs. I absolutely hate my body now and how I look. I started depo because of pregnancy so I wanted something that I didnt have to remember to take. My stomach used to be flat and now its thick and sticks out looks worse then bloating. I have tried working out when I can however I am on my feet alot for work and walking to classes. I eat the same as I did before I started the shot and I can’t lose the weight. I’ve been trying calorie deficit diet for months it doesn’t seem to help. I got very sick for 2 weeks and lost 11 pounds but then gained it back some how even tho I was hardly eating. Anytime I lose weight, I somehow gain it right back. I hate to say but I’m losing hope. I need help losing the weight I want to look how I used to look and fit back into my clothes. Any suggestions that helped you when getting out depo to lose the weight for good. First picture is me before I started depo and the second picture is me now. I’m back on the pill and the pill made me lose weight before the shot. I am now fully consistent with the pill and no I am not pregnant again. Please help
