I did my first round of letrozole this month 2.5 mg. I went today for cd 21 progesterone check and it was 6.48ng/ml. It shows in the “normal” range but from what I’ve read online it should be higher, especially with the medication.. Does that mean I didn’t ovulate? My doctors office was closed today so I couldn’t call to talk about the bloodwork so I am going a bit insane😢

Little history…me and my husband’s labs all came back normal before this and my doctor seems to think I am ovulating as I have a very regular period as well. She suggested we try a few months of letrozole and then we will do an HSG. We have been ttc for 3 years now. I am mentally exhausted with this journey😭
