My mom wants to be at the hospital when I give birth

Background information: sooo i grew up in a religious household, im married and divorced and have a 6 yr old . when i got engaged my fiancé pinched my ass and my mom seen and freaked out .

I’m now married and having a baby with that person. My now husband does not want my mom at the hospital until after I give birth because he feels she ruined are engaged , he don’t want her in waiting room not in the building . I said ok we will make it fair and not have either of our family-friends at the hospital. I’m like 32 weeks pregnant and I decided to tell my mom we decided not to have anyone at the hospital.(this is not the normal for my family normally the mom gets to be in the delivery room) I’m gonna be honest I don’t understand why she can’t be in the waiting room what he thinks she can do from in the waiting room but idk I told her I wanted her to watch 6yr old because I have a brother that’s 11 yrs and I feel he would be happier with him than with the in-laws . My mom is upset with this and is saying she’s not doing that she’s coming to the hospital. I don’t understand why she needs to be at the hospital also … it feels like a loose loose for me because I don’t wanna hurt my moms feelings but I don’t want to run the risk of problems with my husband.

I’m Giving birth and it don’t feel like my feelings matter on both sides .
