I have a serious question please help

So I just need help the father of my child I feel like he needs help in life and he’s not gonna want my help because his father is in his ear claiming I’m the bad guy so let me explain more my Babydad lives in the skate park I checked out the living area where he brings my kid and I think it’s unlivable And my son explained to me that the dog poops and pee everywhere and the last time I spoke to him he said there’s no water and when I get my son back on the weekend he’s always dirty and smelly. I spoke to my grandmother about the situation she told me to talk to my lawyer and on another note, he drives a car that’s not fit for Child. I think my Babydad is fallen apart right now because life is hard but I think he scared to tell me I want to help but I don’t know what to do I wanna make sure my kid is in a safe environment but I don’t want to seem like the bitter baby mama from taking him away until his father gets on his feet the right way
