Possible miscarriage advice

I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. I was supposed to be 8 weeks, 1 day according to my last period. The baby measured at 6 weeks 2 days and had no sign of a heart beat. The notes from the u/s said there was debris in the sac. There was a fetal pole and yolk sack present, but due to the results it was likely going to end in miscarriage. Today I had my hcg drawn and it came back at 134,000 which is way above the 6 week mark but within the 7-8 week mark range. I just don’t know how to feel. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what the outcome ended up being.
