Need advice

My vagina has been very irritated i recently had got tested because the person i was messing with for almost a year had lied to me about sleeping around with other people i had found out i had 2 stds and a yeast infection.. i have finished my medication for the yeast infection and i will be finishing my medication for the stds today… but it now feels like i might have an uti and i honestly don’t know what to do but I am in pain.
