do you think my shy coworker has feelings for me?

I have been trying to ask my coworkers out to have lunch with me because I wanted to create a work environment where I and everyone enjoyed coming to work and just be. one of my coworkers has really severe social anxiety. I used to have it, and people judged me for it and got angry or sour towards me. so I tried to be very accommodating and kind in asking that one coworker out to lunch along with the rest of my coworkers. he would always say no kindly, but then eventually would come out to walk with the group. when he did, I could tell his social anxiety was strong because he would be visibly shaking. but I tried to be very kind and make him feel safe to talk and not feel like he would be judged by me. I would also treat him like a friend I have known for a long time. sometimes he wouldn't be able to come when he wanted to because of work and it became often. so one time him and another coworker couldn't make it on a special day where we would get food trucks and he couldn't make it. so I bought food for both him and the other coworker so they could try! he was so grateful. two weeks later, he made me a mini pizza from scratch and delivered it to my cube. he was shaking and extremely nervous but he said he wanted to repay me for the chow mein I got him that one time. he brought the pizza all the way from his home which is far away and brought it to the office. he also does cooking as a hobby. do you think he likes me romantically?
