Shared nursery/toddler room ideas/ setup?

I have a two year old son who has been a go sleep we are working on getting him out of our bed/ bedroom. We have a two bedroom with a large living room space. I’m trying to figure out the best and most functional way to setup the room. I would love to see ideas/ your set up for kiddos? We just moved into the place we are at now from out of state don’t plan to love for few years until we are ready to buy a house. Our baby was unplanned so we never thought about even considering a three bedroom place.

So we had our first and second boys share a room. How we did it was baby was in our room until around six months. Then we had two cribs and a dresser and a rocking chair. There wasn't room for anything else in their room which was absolutely fine. They did fine the toddler eventually learned to sleep through me and the baby up at night and everyone was good. Toys were only ever in the living room. They actually prefer sharing we have rooms for everyone but they got used to it and loved it. Once the younger one was ready to transition out of a crib we actually just transitioned him directly into bunk beds and he had the lower bunk. We've never regretted them sharing a space. Families used to always share rooms and spaces and really having own room is a new concept that really isn't necessary especially when kids are little.

We have a two bedroom house and the toddler and baby will eventually be sharing a room. We will keep the baby in our room until they can sleep through the night. After that they will share with our toddler.
