When can I test..

I had sex a 8 days ago.

I’m paranoid as can be. I know this. Don’t come at me for it. I have a fear of pregnancy and am working through it.

My husband got a vasectomy end of 2022. Went to his follow ups and was given the all clear both times. Fast forward. I because of anxiety he wears a condom during my fertile times (we both agree). I use ovulation test strips to help predict my period. It always comes 2weeks after a positive to the day! So last night he put it in a for a few min. Then put a condom on and finished in that. Day later I do an ovulation strip and it’s positive…. I have the fear of pregnancy although I know he was cleared and he didn’t finish in me..

Do you think it even bothers to test?
