Boob job

I have a 1 year old and I want to get a boob job but I’m single and don’t want to not be able to carry or hold my son during the recovery process. I was wondering if anyone on here has gotten a boob job with a baby or toddlers and how did the recovery go? Were you still able to hold ur little one?
