I need help..

I’m a 17 year old mom who needs to go back to school and work but I have a fear that everyone wants to hurt my baby…her dad my mother..I don’t leave my daughter alone with anyone. And I’m tired I can’t do this anymore I’m constantly in pain…my mind and head always hurts. My daughter is 6 months everone tells me I am going to get better.. but when I’m without my daughter I feel like hell and I don’t know what to do
