So I have a clogged duck in my right breast and my son wants nothing to do with that side. So Iv only been breast feeding him from my left and pumping my right. So my question is can one breast dry out if not being used? I don't pump as often as he eats but when I pump it's for longer period of time. Im taking antibiotics snd the infection is starting to go away but was just thinking about that in a early morning feeding..
